Mustinya yang dah baca detik tahu berita paling hot hari ini. Hari ini temen gw momon diciduk ama aparat karena dianggap mengina kepala negara melalui postingannya. Duh … *garuk-garuk kepala*
So, dimanakah kebebasan menulis yang ada sekarang??? Mending daripada mereka menangkapi orang-orang yang dicurigai menghina presiden, mereka menangkapi orang-orang yang merusak moral dan pengetahuan bangsa. Khan udah jelas dalam judul posting si Momon bahwa yang menjadi fokusnya adalah memberitahu bahwa foto itu adalah rekayasa dan mockup yang dipake adalah untuk menunjukkan bahwa rekayasa adalah sangat mudah. Dan sekali lagi, itu adalah pemikiran si momon. Apalah salahnya dengan itu??? Khan lebih baik mengutarakan pendapat dengan disertai bukti-bukti dan contoh-contoh (kalau itu adalah pemikiran), daripada hanya cuap-cuap tanpa disertai aksi dan pengetahuan yang benar, seperti yang dilakukan oleh seseorang (well, orang ini juga jadi “korban” mockup si momon, hehe).

Dimana patut kita meletakkan sempadan untuk apa2 kebebasan bersuara?Jika di M’sia, kebebasan bersuara hanya akan dihadkan apabila isu atau mesej yang disebarkan boleh memungkinkan riot/rusuhan ataupun mencetuskan perbalahan antara kaum. Itu sahaja. Berkaitan kes Mas Herman, dimana terletaknya dasar asas kerajaan untuk menahan beliau. “penghinaan kepada pemimpin” - kan itu satu isu yang agak subjektif bergantung kpd persepsi setiap individu yang menjadi audiens. Mungkin kerajaan takut perbuatan Mas Herman akan dituruti/dicontohi oleh org2 lain yang benar2 butuh menentang kerajaan. Wallahualam…….
Semoga Allah membuka & menerangi hati mereka2 (gov) supaya membikin keputusan yang wajar berkaitan dgn kes ini.
